Ciara is a Health and Fitness Coach with over 6 years of experience. She graduated from Central Washington University with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. During her formal education, she studied fitness assessment, exercise prescription, principles of strength training, gross human anatomy, human and exercise physiology, prevention and treatment of sports injuries, sports nutrition and weight control.
While studying psychology she studied social, developmental, and abnormal psychology. As well as, analysis of everyday behavior, theories of personalities, the psychology of adolescence and gender, behavior modification, adult development and aging, women’s gender studies, and body image and wellness. She has been a one-on-one personal trainer, group fitness leader, and lead small and large group personal training sessions. Some of the classes she taught are Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Training, Battling Ropes, Abs and Glutes, and Total Body Conditioning. Her goal is to help people create new healthful lifestyle habits that last a lifetime!
